Initial Strategy Session

At Softec Systems, we understand that implementing a new point of sale (POS) system is a significant decision for your business. To ensure a smooth transition and maximize the benefits of our solutions, we offer an initial strategy session following the installation of your new POS system.

During this session, our team will meet with you to discuss your business goals, operational needs, and any specific challenges or opportunities you may be facing. We will work collaboratively with you to develop a customized strategy for leveraging our POS system to achieve your objectives.

The initial strategy session serves as an opportunity to align our solutions with your business objectives and to address any questions or concerns you may have. Our goal is to provide you with the support and guidance you need to optimize the performance of your POS system and drive success for your business.

Service Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time before their next billing date. If the customer does not pay or their card is not processed, they will be given an additional week to make the payment before their account is paused. If payment has not been received within a month, the account will be canceled.

Limitation of Liability

Softec Systems will not be liable for any loss of data, property damage, loss of revenue, loss of profits, or any other direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the use of the Service.

Modifications

Softec Systems reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time. If changes are made, the customer will be notified at least 30 days in advance via the email provided by the customer. If the customer continues to use the services after the effective date of the changes, it will be considered that they have accepted the new terms and conditions.
